主要敘述大家耳熟能詳的舊約聖經《出埃及記》當中以色列領袖摩西對上埃及法老王拉美西斯二世的聖經經典傳奇故事。
電影由克里斯汀·貝爾、喬爾·艾德頓、約翰·特托羅、亞倫·保爾、雪歌妮·薇佛和班·金斯利擔任主演。
電影定於2014年12月12日上映。

剛好小排再次讀到舊約的出埃及記，很難想像摩西一個出身尊貴皇家但日後在曠野牧羊四十年，再被神所選中的要服事主的僕人，一開始也是對於神的美意，也是帶著有點油腔滑調有點推辭的向主說自己拙口笨舌的，但是因為他相信主，主為他開口，訓練這神的僕人對抗當時權傾一時的法老王，以十災讓滿心剛硬的法老王也無能為力的只能讓摩西帶領二百萬的以色列人出埃及到神應許的迦南美地，也許這一路都不是順遂的，但是感謝主大能及保守，最終還是成就了這前無古人的美事。一切都是因為你相信這位闊、長、高、深，豐富追測不盡的 主耶穌 讚美主! 僅以過往電影埃及王子中的主題曲來讚美主的計劃
